Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.

Production time

Every item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Delivery times (after production)

United States: typically 3–4 business days
Canada and Australia: typically 5–20 business days

These are estimates from our production and shipping partners. Delays can occasionally happen, especially around holidays or because of carrier and customs processing.

Shipping costs

United States: free shipping on orders over $75
Canada and Australia: free shipping on orders over $100

Orders below these amounts are charged a flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Multiple packages

Our products are made at different production facilities, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. You only pay shipping once.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Orders shipped to Canada and Australia may be subject to import taxes (such as GST) or duties charged by your country's customs authority or the delivery carrier. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, it can be reshipped once the shipping cost is covered again.
